JAKARTA - On Monday, February 6, shares of technology holding company PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) were released once more by its controlling shareholder, PT Indosterling Sarana Investa. As many as 84,222,700 TECH shares were released and transferred to two other investors this time. PT KB Valbury Sekuritas immediately acquired 75,000,000 TECH shares, increasing its equity stake from 9.83% to 15.8%, while foreign investor DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd purchased the remaining 9,222,700 shares, increasing its ownership percentage to 8.63%.

PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, on the other hand, actually increased its influence over the transportation service provider, PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR). This controller has a solid 64.37% ownership position after purchasing 13.02 million shares of BPTR. Then, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 2,500,000 shares of this coal mining holding company.

Meanwhile, an individual investor, Romo Nitiyudo Wachjo, was seen selling another 6.71 million shares of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS). The GOTO Peopleverse Fund is also still releasing 67.94 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while Bintang Bara B.V. is selling 1,320,000 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA). Besides that, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd decreased stakes in two companies at the same time by selling 4,130,000 shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) and 1,050,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
