JAKARTA - Even though it had just gone public, the shares of PT Haloni Jane Tbk (HALO) became an immediate target for foreign investors on Wednesday, February 8. This company, which manufactures disposable latex gloves, sold 54.86 million shares to foreign investors and had a net volume of 52.57 million shares. This also means that HALO shares had the highest net volume this time. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, on the other hand, remained at the top of the top-sell list after foreign investors sold 1,217,060,200 GOTO shares, bringing the net volume to a negative 643,660,300 shares. This figure had a significant impact on the daily net foreign, which later reached negative 707,000 shares, with foreigners purchasing around 1.74 billion shares and selling more than 2.45 billion shares.

Foreign investors then sold a large number of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) shares following GOTO. Over 107.50 million CPRO shares were sold, resulting in a net volume of -102.26 million. Following that, 51.53 million PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) shares and 40.02 million PT Wir Asia Tbk (WIRG) shares were also let go. As a result, these shares had relatively low net volumes of -48.58 million GIAA and -37.80 million WIRG. Furthermore, foreign investors decided to sell 35.92 million shares of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP), which closed its net volume with -25.27 million shares.

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) and PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) shares, on the other hand, were in high demand from foreign investors. Evidently, 84.28 million BBRI shares and 78.54 million BUKA shares were transferred to foreign holdings. BUKA's net volume was 45.88 million shares, while BBRI's net volume was 32.47 million shares. Foreign investors were also seen spending money on 32.45 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) and 29.82 million shares of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED), though with relatively smaller volumes.
