Indotambang Perkasa acquires another 2.27 billion shares of Astrindo Nusantara Infrastructure (BIPI)
JAKARTA - On February 8, PT Indotambang Perkasa purchased an additional 2,270,000,000 shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI). Indotambang Perkasa previously already owned 21.33% of the energy resources infrastructure issuer, but with this purchase, it now owns more than 25% of the company. Next, Low Tuck Kwong, an individual shareholder, purchased 312,200 shares of coal producer PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN). Meanwhile, PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), a modern retail issuer, bought back exactly 10,000,000 RALS shares.
PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) also conducted a 5,000,000 share buyback, while its individual investor, Thio Andrianto, released 4,000,000 DOID shares. Following that, PT IndoSterling Sarana Investa sold 2,522,000 shares, while DBS Vicker Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd purchased 2,422,000 shares in PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH). PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari also released 1,956,300 shares of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS).
As a result of foreign divestiture, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold another 22.89 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd continued to sell 1,540,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). (KD)
