Car leases got popular, BFIN booked 30.6% revenue growth
JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) collected revenue of IDR 5.38 trillion in 2022, shifting 30.6% year-on-year (yoy) or compared to the achievement in 2021.
This increase was supported by car financing that recorded IDR 3.6 trillion of revenue, motorcycle financing of IDR 1.13 trillion, and other financing of IDR 644.17 billion.
Based on IDNFinancials data, BFIN’s car loans reportedly grew 26.4% yoy, while the motorcycle loans shifted 49.2% yoy, and other financing of 26.28% yoy.
BFIN’s revenue growth in 2022 further drove its net profit up to IDR 1.82 trillion. Compared to the previous year, its net profit increased 59.7% yoy.
Meanwhile, BFIN’s total assets until December 31, 2022, clocked up to IDR 21.93 trillion, while its total equity reached IDR 8.76 trillion. (KR/ZH)
