JAKARTA. PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) has channeled a loan facility worth IDR 191.95 billion to PT Golf Taman Dayu.

Yly Suardy, Corporate Secretary of HMSP, said that the loan facility is included in the category of affiliate transactions as regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The reason, said Suardy, is that Golf Taman Dayu is one of the business entities owned by the company.

"The background for the affiliate transaction is to improve the performance of PT Golf Taman Dayu's operational activities," said Suardy, through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Golf Taman Dayu is a business entity that runs a tourism business and operates a golf course. This company has been operating commercially since 1996 and has total assets of IDR 35.31 billion as of September 30, 2022.

According to idnfinancials.com data, HMSP had cash and cash equivalents of IDR 6.28 trillion as of 30 September 2022. The company's total assets were recorded at IDR 47.79 trillion, and total equity was IDR 26.7 trillion. (KR/LM)
