JAKARTA - PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, a subsidiary of PT Protelindo, obtained a IDR 800 billion loan from PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB).

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), the holding company of Protelindo, said that the loan facilities consist of an Uncommitted Special Loan of IDR 750 billion and an Uncommitted Newspaper Loan of IDR 50 billion.

"The purpose of the loan is for general financing," she said in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (16/2).

This facility is valid for one year since the agreement was signed yesterday (14/2). Protelindo provided guarantees to CIMB for the loan. (LK/LM)
