JAKARTA - Thomas Irawan Tjahjono, the commissioner of Elitery, or PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT), became a new investor in this information technology service provider on Tuesday, February 14. Thomas purchased as many as 103.15 million shares, giving him an immediate 5.08% stake in ELIT. PT Sakti Generasi Perdana also continues to aggressively add shares. Not satisfied with his 14.5% ownership, this investor purchased an additional 507.87 million shares of PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL), bringing its total ownership percentage to 14.8%.

Liong Juen Fat is also purchasing shares, this time 6,000,000 shares of PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (BEEF). PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) is still conducting the buyback and has claimed another 5,000,000 DOID shares. Furthermore, PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama, the controlling shareholder, has increased its stake in PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA) by 1,500,000 shares.

In terms of divestiture, PT Aneka is seen selling 5,000,000 shares of vehicle rental issuer PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), while PT Ungaran Sari Garments released 3,000,000 shares of textile issuer PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX). ERTX is controlled by Ungaran Sari Garments, which owns 96.66% of the company. From the foreign market, GOTO Peopleverse Fund then sold 11.05 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), followed by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd.'s sale of 3,970,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), and was completed by the release of 1,140,000 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) from Bintang Bara B.V. (KD)
