JAKARTA. PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (ENAK) aims to establish 35 new outlets for six of its brands in 2023, resuming its expansion plan that has been initiated since last year.

Hade Mboi, Chief Operating Officer of ENAK, claimed that in 2022, his company managed to open 35 new outlets, 13 of which are dedicated to Monsieur Spoon, Dewata, and Croco. The other 22 were opened for Raa Cha, Gokana, and Platinum Grill.

“Throughout 2022, Gokana and Raa Cha’s openings were more concentrated in suburban areas and outside Jakarta Greater Area, whereas Monsieur Spoon outlets are focused in Jakarta Greater Area,” Mboi explained in the official disclosure.

Until the beginning of February 2023, ENAK has signed over 35 contracts for outlet opening in 2023. This number is expected to continue to grow. “We are still focusing to develop Gokana, Raa Cha, and Monsieur Spoon,” Mboi added.

Meanwhile, Christoper Supit, Chief Financial Officer of ENAK, revealed that the revenue in 2022 reached IDR 1.25 trillion, 60% higher than the number recorded at the end of fiscal year 2021.

“We hope our financial performance could grow following the economic growth and outlet expansion in 2023, as well as the termination of community activities restriction policy in early 2023,” Supit stated. (KR/ZH)
