JAKARTA. PT Optima Prima Metal Sinergi Tbk (OPMS) plans to sell 20 million treasury stock obtained from a share buyback.

Reni Anggraini, Corporate Secretary of OPMS, said that the plan would be carried out from 9 March 2023 to 20 April 2023. In practice, the company appointed PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas as a stock exchange member that will carry out the share resale.

"The company will receive additional funds from the sale of treasury stock," said Anggraini, in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to data from idnfinancials.com, OPMS's share price is currently at the level of IDR 78 per share. With this price assumption, the company has the potential to earn revenue of IDR 1.56 billion from the sale of treasury stock. (KR/LM)
