JAKARTA. PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk (BBRM) has reportedly sold 2.5 sets of tugs and barges for USD 2.33 million or equivalent to approximately IDR 34.83 billion.

Susanti Novita, Corproate Secretary of BNBR, claimed that the tugs and barges were sold to PT Duta Lintas Lautan. The sale and purchase deed had been written before Yan Armin, SH, a notary in North Jakarta.

“The selling party (the company) and the purchasing party (Duta Lintas Lautan) are not affiliated,” Novita clarified in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Based on IDNFinancials data, BBRM recorded having total assets of USD 17.11 billion until September 30, 2022, while its total equity reached USD 1.5 billion. (KR/ZH)
