JAKARTA – PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) has realised IDR 667.88 billion of the total proceeds of the rights issue that took place last year on October 7, 2022.

A. A. G. Agung Dharmawan, Director of Finance and Risk Management of Adhi Karya, claimed that said proceeds were allocated to the capital of national strategic and non-strategic projects. “The remaining proceeds are down to IDR 1.98 trillion from the net proceeds of the rights issue of IDR 2.65 trillion,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (22/2).

The proceeds are deposited in the special-rate current account in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI). The deposits clock up to IDR 1.32 trillion and IDR 684.77 billion, with an interest rate of 5.5% and 3.75% each. (LK/ZH)
