JAKARTA. PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) booked revenue of IDR 18.58 trillion in 2022, shifting 22.64% year-on-year (yoy) or compared to the same period last year.

Said growth was supported by strong demands from the domestic market, which managed to contribute IDR 10.42 trillion to AUTO’s total revenue in 2022. Meanwhile, export sales clocked up to IDR 1.59 trillion.

Based on business lines, most of AUTO’s revenue in 2022 originated from goods sales that dominated with IDR 18.41 trillion in total. Meanwhile, the services segment only brought in IDR 174.86 billion.

Then, according to the recently published financial report, AUTO successfully gained IDR 1.33 trillion of net profit in 2022, which increased up to 117% from IDR 611.35 billion in the same period last year.

Until December 31, 2022, AUTO recorded total assets worth IDR 18.52 trillion, while its equity reached IDR 13.05 trillion. (KR/ZH)
