BSDE aims for IDR 8.8 trillion of sales in 2023
JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) is targeting to attain marketing sales of IDR 8.8 trillion in 2023, shifting from IDR 7.7 trillion seen in 2022.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of Bumi Serpong Damai, claimed that the sales of residential properties, especially landed houses, are predicted to cover 65% of the total marketing sales target. Meanwhile, commercial properties, such as lots, land plots, and shophouses, will contribute 17% to the total sales, followed by land sales to joint ventures that will manage the remaining 18%.
Earlier this year, the company plans to launch new products with the price ranging between IDR 1 billion to IDR 30 billion per unit, as well as commercial products, apartments, and lots.
BSD City project, its top, most renowned product, aims to bring home 58% of the total revenue, leaving another 42% from other housing projects, such as Grand Wisata, Bekasi; Kota Wisata Cibubur; Taman Banjar Wijaya; and Grand City Balikpapan; as well as The Elements, CBD Jakarta; Aerium, Jakarta Barat; and Klaska, Surabaya.
