JAKARTA - Two Singaporean investors traded 1.9 billion shares of PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk (CMNT) on Friday, February 17. As the controlling shareholder, WH Investments released 1,9 billion shares to BNP Paribas Singapore Branch Wealth Management, giving this new investor direct control of 11.09% of the "Merah Putih"-branded cement producer. Instead, WH Investments' ownership was reduced from 87.37% to 76.28% as a result of this transaction.

Furthermore, two investors, one of whom is a new investor, are interested in the shares of PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (BEEF). Asia Agri International Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based company, became a new investor by purchasing 319.85 million shares, or 16.97% ownership. Furthermore, an existing investor, PT Tigatunggal Adimulya, purchased 180.29 million BEEF shares, increasing his ownership from 9.5% to 15.59%. PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk also bought 250 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), boosting its stake to 30.01%. Then, in a buyback effort, up to 5 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) were returned to the company's hands.

On the other hand, Rudy Kurniawan Logam sold 3.29 million shares of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD). Besides that, foreign investor GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 76.84 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), followed by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd, which sold 21.09 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO), and Morgan Stanley and Co International Plc, which sold 298.300 shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM).
