JAKARTA – The revenue of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) skyrocketed 75.14% year-on-year (yoy), boosting its net profit by 152.42% yoy in 2022. These achievements were possible due to last year’s coal price surge.

In the 2022 Financial Report published today (23/2), Mulianto, President Director of Indo Tambangraya Megah, mentioned that the revenue clocked up to USD 3.63 million in 2022, shifting from USD 2.07 million in 2021. Then, the gross profit increased from USD 916,533 to USD 1.89 million, driving its current year’s net profit soar from USD 475,390 to USD 1.19 million.

ITMG’s revenue from coals sales to third parties in 2022 clocked up to USD 3.52 million, growing from USD 2.01 million in 2021. Meanwhile, coals sales to related parties generated USD 105,902, nearly double USD 54,198 seen in 2021. Lastly, the revenue from services slightly weakened from USD 2,257 to USD 2,490. (LK/ZH)
