JAKARTA – PT Tancorp Global Sentosa (TGS) increases its stock portion in PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) worth IDR 123.58 billion. TGS’s ownership then rises 0.13% to 25.67%, approximately equal to 15.90 billion shares, from 25.55% or 15.82 billion shares.

Kurnia Hadir Sinanto, Director of Avia Avian, claimed that the shares were purchased by TGS through PT Tancorp Investama Mulia (TIM), over which it has 99.99% claim.

The total traded shares clock up to 79.5 million shares in nine separate transaction starting last week (15/2) until yesterday (21/2). With the mid-range price of IDR 643.3 per share, the transaction value is totalled to IDR 123.58 billion.

Prior to this transaction, TGS had a claim over 25.50% of AVIA via PT Tancorp Surya Sentosa (TSS) and another 0.15% via PT Tancorp Investama Mulia (TIM). (LK/ZH)
