JAKARTA - On Tuesday, February 21, BUMI and GOTO became the two shares with the lowest foreign sales and net volume. Foreign investors are selling a total of 1,617,550,700 shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) and 239.52 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI). Despite being sold in much lower volume than GOTO, BUMI shares had the lowest net volume with -181.64 million, followed by GOTO with -174.09 million shares. In total, foreign investors sold 2.84 billion shares while buying only 2.37 billion, resulting in a net foreign minus of -470,565,000.

Aside from the two issuers above, foreigners sold around 30 million shares of the other issuers on the top-sell list. First, they sold 36.05 million shares of PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF), then 29.91 million shares of PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk (ESSA), and 29,15 million shares of PT Surya Permata Andalan Tbk (NATO). All three reported negative net volumes in the negative 26–28 million range.

Foreigners are currently most interested in shares issued by PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK). In foreign markets, a total of 134.77 million shares of BSBK were sold, bringing the net volume to around 88.68 million shares. Then, nearly 50 million shares of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) were sought, resulting in a net volume of approximately 20.70 million shares. Two issuers, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) and PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (CBRE), both achieved a net volume of around 15 million shares after foreign investors purchased approximately 32.40 million MDKA shares and 16.44 million CBRE shares. Finally, foreign shareholders purchased PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) shares in a volume as high as 37.02 million, with a net volume of 14.56 million shares. (KD)
