JAKARTA - On Tuesday, February 21, the Singapore government released over 5.3 billion GOTO shares. The Singapore government's ownership of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk fell from 5.81% to 5.36% following the sale of 5,300,070,900 shares of this tech company. Furthermore, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund also released GOTO shares totaling 145.58 million shares, with the latest ownership percentage of 6.87%. On the other hand, the Singapore government was seen purchasing 1,070,100 shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a Telkom Indonesia subsidiary.

In addition to that, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk purchased 154,408,400 shares of its subsidiary, PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR). Interestingly, Global Mediacom then purchased 3,687,000 shares of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), another subsidiary of MNC Group. Aside from that, two issuers are still carrying out share buybacks, namely PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) with 5 million shares and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) with 4,377,000 shares.

In contrast, the largest share sale was made by the holding company, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk, of 250 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU). Individual investor Rudy Kurniawan Logam also sold 3,800,400 shares of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD), while UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold another 2,400,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
