JAKARTA. PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST), a building construction company under Astra Group, once again recorded a loss of IDR 448.91 billion in 2022.

Thankfully, ACST’s loss in 2022 was smaller than the one recorded in 2021, in which the company dealt with a loss of IDR 695.55 billion. This improvement was made possible by efficiency of selling and operational expenses in 2022.

Looking at its top line, ACST’s revenue in 2022 reached IDR 1.04 trillion. The company’s revenue was actually 30% lower than IDR 1.5 trillion in 2021.

Based on its business lines, ACST’s revenue mostly came from the construction segment, which generated IDR 915.443 billion, followed by the construction supporting services segment of IDR 106.6 billion and its trading segment of IDR 43.5 billion.

Until December 31, 2022, ACST’s total assets and equity clocked up to IDR 2.11 trillion and IDR 670.99 billion.

Astra Group, through PT Karya Supra Perkasa, has currently the control over 82.17% of ACST’s shares. According to IDNFinancials data, Karya Supra Perkasa is an entity owned indirectly by Astra Group through PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR). (KR/ZH)
