JAKARTA – PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) seeks fresh funds by selling off its shares acquired from the buyback. The plan will soon take place on March 13, 2023.

Imelda Mulyani Harsono, Director of Samator Info Gas Tbk (AGII), revealed that the number of shares on sale is 21.47 million units. "The buyback shares sale will take place from March 13 to 15, 2023," she mentioned in the information disclosure, Tuesday (28/2).

According to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulation, the minimum price of buyback shares sale is the average buyback price or the average closing price within the past 90 days of trading sessions prior to the sale itself.

AGII's stock price shows inclination from IDR 2,040 to IDR 2,270 per share albeit a bit fluctuating in February 2023. Assuming that the offering price is set to IDR 2,000, the total buyback shares sale might generate IDR 42.95 billion. (LK/ZH)
