JAKARTA. PT Damai Sejahtera Abadi Tbk (UFOE) has recently opened up a new branch store of UFO Elektronika in Lumajang, East Java.

Lina Ariawati Harijono, Corporate Secretary of UFOE, claimed that this outlet opening acts as one of the business development strategies. However, in its official statement, Harijono does not mention the amount of investment spent by the company for the opening of this new outlet.

According to IDNFinancials, UFOE had projected the performance growth in 2023 to reach 10%-20%. In order to support its business, the company is committed to develop the existing outlets and open new factories in East and Central Java.

“DSA has made commitment to establish outlets with new concepts, namely UFO Express, in 2023,” the management of UFOE mentioned in the public expose held last year.

The total branch stores of UFO Express established this year is 12 units of outlets. Meanwhile, the capital expenditure budgeted for one branch outlet of UFO Express is expected to reach IDR 2 billion.

“The money will be sourced out of the internal cash and bank loans,” the management of UFOE claimed. (KR/ZH)
