JAKARTA - On Thursday, February 23, foreign sales volume fell to 1.90 billion shares. The consistent volume of purchases in the 2.26 billion range finally resulted in a positive net foreign volume of 352,832,200 shares. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares were once again the most purchased, with 1.06 billion, and a net volume of 509,593,500 shares.

Following in second place, foreigners purchased 81,801,000 shares of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) with a net volume of slightly more than 31 million. Then, for a net volume of approximately 25 million shares each, 40.53 million shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) and 25.81 million shares of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) were brought into foreign pockets. Next, 13,98 million shares of logistics company PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) were also purchased by foreign investors, with a net volume of 11.53 million shares.

In contrast, PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) and PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNCN) had the lowest net volume, with each having more than negative 40 million shares. This was due to foreign investors selling 55 million FREN shares and 42 million MNCN shares. Furthermore, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) also had relatively high foreign sales, with 41.62 million, and a net volume of nearly -25 million. Finally, foreign investors dumped around 32.94 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) and 25.81 million shares of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA). (KD)
