JAKARTA - Aseana Insurance Pte Ltd is known to have changed its brand to Oona Insurance Pte Ltd since last week (15/2).

Herliniawaty Sutanto, President Director of PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk (ABDA) said that the name change was followed by name change of the company's controlling shareholder. In addition, Aseana Insurance Holdings Investments Pte Ltd was also changed to Oona Insurance Holdings Investments Pte Ltd

As information, Aseana Insurance holds 94.77% of ABDA's issued and fully paid up capital of 620.80 million shares and the public 5.23%. (LK/LM)
