JAKARTA – PT Soteria Wicaksana Investama (SWI) is raising its stock portion in PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) by IDR 16.59 billion. The shares acquisition for this additional investment took place yesterday (28/2).

Septi Suryani, Corporate Secretary of Distribusi Voucher Nusantara, mentioned that the number of purchased shares clocks up to 7.97 million shares, acquired for IDR 2,080 each. SWI’s portion increases 0.55% to 268.93 million units (18/82%) from the initial 260.95 million units (18.26%).

Within the past month, SWI has actively increased its portion in DIVA. On January 31, 2023, it also purchased 7.97 million units of shares, bringing its ownership percentage up from 17.7% to 18.26%. With purchasing price set to IDR 2,090 per share, the transaction value reached IDR 16.67 billion at that time. (LK/ZH)
