Awal Bros's investors divesting shares for IDR 868.09 billion
JAKARTA – Two shareholders of PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), the managing company of Awal Bros Hospital, have divested their portions for a total of IDR 868.09 billion.
Leona Agustine Karnali, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Awal Bros Hospital, confirmed that Yos Effendi Susanto, Commissioner of PRAY, had sold his shares worth IDR 247.80 billion in the initial phase of transaction earlier this week (27/2). The total traded shares amounted to IDR 259.20 million shares of IDR 954 each. After this divestiture, his portion is down to 107.90 million units (0.77%), 1.86% lower from the previous 367.11 million units (2.63%).
On the same day, PT Awal Bros Citra Batam (ABCB) also reportedly divested 4.66% of its shares, amounting to 650.06 billion units, for IDR 955 each. Its portion shrinks to 2.42 billion units or 17.34% from the initial 3.07 billion shares (22%). The total transaction value clocked up to IDR 620.81 billion. (LK/ZH)
