APEX to issue MCB of 33.2 million shares
JAKARTA – PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) will issue mandatory convertible bonds (MCB) of 33.2 million shares of IDR 500 each. The transaction value of this private placement is totaled to IDR 61.30 billion. The issuance will be held on March 30, 2023.
Frieda Salvantina, Corporate Secretary of Apexindo Pratama Duta, revealed that the offering price set for this corporate action is IDR 1,846.63 per share. “The issued and paid-up capital will then rise to 2.83 billion units from 2.79 billion,” she added in the information disclosure quoted Monday (6/3).
This corporate action will take place based on the Trust Deed dated February 19, 2021. The total Tranche I MCB is USD 115 million worth IDR 1.63 trillion. They will equal to 886,616,666 shares post-conversion. The private placement plan had been approved by its shareholders during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on July 25, 2022. The additional shareholder that will be listed through this private placement in HSBC Bank PLC.
Until January 2023, APEX’s shareholders consist of PT Aserra Capital of 64.6% of 2.79 billion shares, Standard Chartered of 7.9%, and public investors of 26.5%. (LK/ZH)
