Archipelago Investment bought up 3.78 billion shares of Primaya Hospital
JAKARTA - On Monday, February 27, the Primaya hospital service provider issuer, PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), was successful in bringing in a new investor. The Northern Trust Company S/A Archipelago Investment Pte Ltd, recently purchased 3.78 billion shares, giving this Singaporean investor a 27.15 percent stake in PRAY. However, PRAY's existing investor, PT Awal Bros Citra Batam, was seen releasing 650.06 million shares, reducing its ownership percentage to 17.34%.
Then, as part of a buyback program, as many as 5 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) were returned to this mining holding company. PT Dyna Capital Indo is also seen purchasing 1.35 million shares of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK), a glove mold manufacturer. PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, on the other hand, sold 45.20 million shares of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), and PT ASABRI released 23.5 million shares of gold jewellery manufacturer PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA).
Furthermore, the news of foreign investor trading began with the GOTO Peopleverse Fund's sale of 30.40 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. also continued to sell 10.4 million PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) and 2.83 million PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) shares. Finally, Bintang Bara B.V. released 250,300 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA). (KD)
