Bersama Digital Infrastructure now holds 74.97% of Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG)
JAKARTA - Tower Bersama Group's controlling shareholder, Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd, has increased its stake in this telecommunications tower company to 74.97%. The Singapore-based investor had 368,740,400 shares of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) bought up on Wednesday, March 1. Then, Auric Digital Retail Pte Ltd, another Singaporean investor, is also seen purchasing 52.18 million shares from retailer PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF).
In the domestic market, PT Investasi Sukses Bersama purchased 34.6 million shares of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), making this investor the controlling shareholder with 51.01% ownership. Then, Thomas Irawan Tjahjono, an individual investor, purchased 12.46 million shares of PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT). PT Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) is also continuing to buy back 5 million of its own shares, while the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs of the Attorney General's Office of Indonesia purchased 1.23 million shares of crab meat producer PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR).
The sale of shares by foreign investors, on the other hand, was still marked by the release of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares from the grip of the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, this time for up to 36.52 million. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd., another foreign investor, also released 3.56 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). Domestic investors have also been seen releasing shares, albeit on a smaller scale. PT ASABRI sold 1.5 million shares of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), while PT Philadel Terra Lestari released 1.26 million shares of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA). (KD)
