Mutiara Timur purchased an additional 1.26 billion shares of Golden Eagle Energy
JAKARTA - PT Mutiara Timur Pratama, the owner of a 43.65 percent stake in PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT), purchased 1.26 billion shares on Monday, March 6. This fantastic volume was added to Mutiara Timur's portfolio, increasing its ownership of this mining issuer to 83.65%.
Moreover, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) is still seen buying back 2 million of its own shares. Following that, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra purchased 750 thousand shares of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), and individual investor Lo Kheng Hong purchased 700 thousand shares of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR). Taiheiyo Cement Corporation of Japan also added 300,000 shares of cement issuer PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB).
Foreign investors were apparently more active in the divestment approach. GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 51.54 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), which was followed by UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. selling 10.73 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and Bintang Bara B.V. releasing 240 thousand shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA). Meanwhile, from the domestic investors, PT Danpac Pharma sold 2.58 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) and PT ASABRI (Persero) sold 2 million shares of jewelry issuer PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA).
