JAKARTA - On Thursday, March 9, foreign net volume increased to 389,110,100 shares, with 2 billion in foreign purchases and 1.61 billion in foreign sales. Interestingly, more than half of the shares purchased by foreign investors were PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), with foreign investors purchasing over 1.11 billion GOTO shares with a net volume of 255.84 million shares.

Foreign investors are also interested in PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares, having purchased approximately 71.86 million shares of this mining company. The net volume of BUMI reached 56.15 million. Then, with a net volume of nearly 30 million shares, 59.28 million shares of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) were also purchased. PT Bukalapak.com Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) followed, with purchase volumes of 31.46 million BUKA and 34.42 million BMRI, respectively, and net volumes of 20–22 million shares.

PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI), on the other hand, had the highest foreign sales of 32.89 million. Nonetheless, due to the relatively high purchase volume, MAPI's net volume was only -6.53 million. Furthermore, 23.86 million shares of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) were sold, bringing the net volume to nearly -15 million shares. Then, two issuers, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) and PT Industri and Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS), recorded a net volume of around 11 million shares, though ANTM's sales volume reached 26.24 million while CARS' was only 15.46 million. Finally, with a net volume of -7.20 million, foreign investors sold 10.05 million shares of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR). (KD)
