JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), a property and real estate dealer under PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), booked operating revenue of IDR 3.02 trillion in 2022.

DUTI’s revenue in 2022 grew 38.6% year-on-year (yoy) compared to the revenue recorded in the previous year of 2021, which was stuck at IDR 2.18 trillion.

According to the business lines, DUTI’s land, houses, and shophouses sales in 2022 were recorded at IDR 1.78 trillion, followed by the land and strata-titled properties sales of IDR 463.31 billion, the revenue from rental of IDR 614.87 billion, from the hotel of IDR 18.84 billion, and other sources of revenue of IDR 135.81 billion.

With this shift in revenue, DUTI managed to collect IDR 747.55 billion of net profit in 2022, 8.4% yoy higher than IDR 668.23 billion recorded in 2021.

Until December 31, 2022, DUTI’s total assets clocked up to IDR 15.59 trillion, while the total equity reached IDR 9.21 trillion. (KR/ZH)
