JAKARTA – PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) received IDR 2.6 trillion of dividend in 2022, 57% year-on-year (yoy) higher than the numbers seen in 2021.

Michael William Soeryadjaya, President Director of Saratoga Investama Sedaya, claimed that this is the highest amount of dividend ever received by the company. “The most extensive contributors to total dividends are PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) and PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX)," he claimed in a press release quoted today (13/3).

His company also expressed its appreciation towards investment portfolios of ADRO, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG), and MPMX, as well as their other business portfolios. They are deemed successful of optimizing emerging business opportunities, which results in the highest dividend income recorded in Saratoga’s history.

In 2022, SRTG also managed to cut off credits to IDR 1.6 trillion, 60% yoy lower than the debts recorded last year, thus resulting in a low net debt of IDR 688 billion. (LK/ZH)
