JAKARTA. PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), a ceramic tile manufacturer, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 55 per share or IDR 403.78 billion at the end of this month.

Edy Suyanto, Director of ARNA, claimed that the cash dividend will be given to shareholders whose names have been listed in the Shareholders List before March 21, 2023. Then, the cash dividend disbursement will take place on March 29, 2023.

The cash dividend that will be distributed by ARNA is equal to 70% of total net profit in 2022. The net profit in 2022 clocked up to IDR 576.21 billion, 22.4% year-on-year (yoy) higher than the previous year.

According to IDNFinancials, the cash dividend sent out by ARNA increases throughout the year. In 2019, the company had disbursed cash dividend of IDR 16 per share, increasing to IDR 22 per share in 2020, IDR 30 per share in 2021, and IDR 45 per share in 2022.

Until December 31, 2022, approximately 37.68% of ARNA’s shares were controlled by Tandean Rustandy. Then, another 14.27% belongs to PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika, leaving the remaining 48.05% to public investors. (KR/ZH)
