JAKARTA - On Thursday, March 9, PT Nusantara Makmur Lestari purchased 2.17 billion shares of palm oil issuer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). This company then became a new investor that directly owns 9.14% of the NSSS. PT Dua Karya Negeri is also a new investor in a mining company, PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS), having purchased 154.97 million shares, or approximately 8.78% of the company. Not only that, Antonyo Hartono Tanujaya, an individual investor, recently purchased 5.03% of PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO), a survey equipment issuer, after purchasing 33.51 million GPSO shares.

Furthermore, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk has reportedly acquired 200 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back another 2 million shares. Closing the list, Ann Jessica Chan added 646,800 shares of PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (ITIC) to her collection.

Foreign investors, on the other hand, sold the majority of the shares this time. According to reports, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund is still selling 32.06 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Furthermore, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold 3.77 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), while Citibank Singapore S/A the Government of Singapore, released 2.90 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL). Finally, PT BCA Sekuritas is the only domestic shareholder on this list, having sold 134,400 shares of PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU), a tourism issuer. (KD)
