JAKARTA. PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) announced the addition of treasury shares to be sold to 96.71 million shares.

Previously, in March 2022, the company revealed its decision to resell 89.63 million shares of its treasury stock.

Until September 30, 2022, MPMX's treasury stock consisted of 109.58 million shares. Thus, by selling off 89.63 million units of them, the company will be left with 12.86 million shares of treasury stock.

The treasury stock sale of MPMX will be conducted through transactions in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDNFinancials data, MPMX's stock price was seen declining 65 points or down by 5.70% to IDR 1,075 per share at today's (16/3) closing bell. In the past year, its stock price has indeed decreased 50 points or 4.44%. (KR/ZH)
