JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) prepares to distribute dividend of IDR 24.70 trillion, which are sourced out of its net profit attributable to the parent company in 2022 of IDR 41.17 trillion.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (17/3), Rudi As Atturidha, Corporate Secretary of Bank Mandiri, confirmed that the dividend per share is IDR 529.33. The cash will be disbursed on April 12, 2023.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market will fall on March 24 and 27, 2023, whereas the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set to March 28 and 29, 2023.

Until December 2022, BMRI posted unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 166.99 billion and total equity of IDR 252.24 trillion. (LK/ZH)
