JAKARTA – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) will channel out cash dividend worth IDR 20.95 trillion on April 14, 2023. The decision was made official during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week (16/3).

According to the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (21/3), the cash dividend that will be distributed originated from the net profit of the fiscal year 2022. The net profit attributable to the parent company clocked up to IDR 40.73 trillion, with unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 198.13 trillion and total equity of IDR 221.18 trillion.

This amount of dividend is included in BBCA’s total dividend in the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 25.27 trillion or IDR 105 per share. Last year, IDR 4.31 trillion or IDR 35 per share was given as interim dividend.

The deadline for the registration of shareholders eligible for dividend distribution is set to March 30, 2023. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market are also scheduled on March 28-29, 2023, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on March 30-31, 2023. (LK/ZH)
