Low Tuck Kwong to raise his portion in BYAN
JAKARTA – Low Tuck Kwong has gradually increased his investment portion in PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) by up to IDR 33.74 billion for the past three weeks in March 2023.
According to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data received by IDNFinancials today (24/3), on March 7, Low Tuck Kwong spent IDR 12.89 billion to gain 681,100 shares for IDR 18,937 each.
Then, the second transaction took place a week later on March 14 through the purchase of 587,100 shares of IDR 18,640 each, totalling to IDR 10.94 billion. The last transaction was also a week apart, having been conducted on March 21 by spending IDR 9.91 billion on 516,100 shares for IDR 19,120 per share.
Post these transaction, Low Tuck Kwong’s portion in BYAN rises to 60.98% from 60.97% in February 2023. BYAN reportedly posts 33.33 billion units of shares, 10% of which belongs to PT Sumber Suryadana, while the public has a claim over the remaining 29.03%. (LK/ZH)
