JAKARTA - PT CGS-CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia acquired 33.76 million shares of oil and gas issuer PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) at the end of the third week of March. The purchase of these shares boosted the China-based investor's stake to 5.7% on Friday, March 17. Furthermore, an online loan application service company, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, purchased 15.09 million shares of banking issuer PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB).

On the same day, two issuers were observed conducting share buybacks. Obviously, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was the first to purchase 3.81 million DOID shares, followed by PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT), which purchased 1.38 million JRPT shares. Furthermore, individual investor Lo Kheng Hong purchased 1 million shares of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), a media company owned by the MNC Group.

Meanwhile, PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama sold 25.2 million shares of property issuer PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN). Then, PT Megah Prakarsa Utama sold exactly 21 million shares of coal mining company PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS). In terms of foreign divestment, GOTO Peopleverse Fund once again sold 17.34 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold shares from two issuers at the same time, namely 16.81 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) and 2.72 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
