JAKARTA – PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) will conduct a rights issue by offering 600 million shares. This corporate action had been approved during the last shareholders meeting on March 21, 2023.

Budijanto Tirtawisata, President Director of Panorama Sentrawisata, claimed that the rights issue proceeds will be utilised to enhance its capital structure and pay off financial obligations. “It is intended to expand the capital structure and resume the business expansion plan,” he said.

Tirtawisata also revealed that the company plans to issue 200 million units of warrants. However, the issuance detail is yet to be announced, while still awaiting approval from Financial Services Authority (OJK).

In addition to these plans, shareholders also agreed upon the plan of seeking loans from bank and non-financial institutions by submitting corporate guarantee. (LK/ZH)
