KB Valbury received 100 million shares of Widodo Makmur Unggas (WMUU) from the holding company
JAKARTA - Beginning in the fourth week, on Monday, March 20, PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk's (WMUU) shareholder and holding company, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk, sold 100 million WMUU shares from its stake, which was immediately received by PT KB Valbury Sekuritas. This share transfer also reflects a transfer of 0.78% ownership. Following Widodo Makmur Perkasa, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia sold 2.81 million WMUU shares, despite no major change in their holding presentation.
Furthermore, PT Dewi SHRI Farmindo Tbk (DEWI) announced Febriana Ngatiman as the new owner of 5.01% of the chicken farm issuer following the purchase of 100,273,400 DEWI shares by this individual investor. In addition, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia purchased 24.08 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 5.68 million of its own shares.
Following the release of WMUU shares by WMPP, Tumiyana, an individual investor, sold 100 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP) instead. Then, the shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold by two foreign investors: SV GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd (156.77 million) and GOTO Peopleverse Fund (13.32 million). Finally, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. sold 2.47 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). (KD)
