JAKARTA - SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the owner of 8.67% of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), disposed of 10,134,868,800 shares of GOTO on Tuesday, March 21. The sale of these shares reduced this Singaporean investor's ownership percentage by approximately 0.85% to 7.82%. Another foreign investor, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, also sold GOTO shares, albeit in far lower quantities, at approximately 43.54 million shares.

In addition, some domestic investors with greater than 5% ownership also decided to sell shares. PT Mestika Arta Dirga sold 222.3 million shares of PT Cilacap Samudera Fishing Industry Tbk (ASHA), while PT Capital Life Syariah released 87.59 million shares of hospital managing company PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk (CARE). Furthermore, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia sold 15 million shares of chicken farm issuer PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) and PT ASABRI (Persero) sold 5.06 million shares of gold jewelry issuer PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA).

PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) shares, interestingly, appear to be heavily traded this time. PT Bakrie Kalila Investment sold 12.89 million ENRG shares, while PT CGS-CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia added 79.37 million ENRG to its portfolio. PT Lembur Sadaya Investama also increased its ownership stakes. This controlling shareholder of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) purchased 711.92 million shares, increasing its stake to 70.6%. Finally, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia acquired 13.44 million shares of banking issuer PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), for a total ownership proportion of 26.1%. (KD)
