JAKARTA - PT Lembur Sadaya Investama (LSI) raises its stock portion worth IDR 5.92 billion in PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA), a modest fashion manufacturer. The transaction regarding this investment took place yesterday (28/3).

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (30/3), LSI acquires 80 million more shares worth IDR 74 each. After this transaction, the portion swells to 6.97 billion or 71.54% from the initial 5.99 billion or 70.6%.

Last week (21/3), Asep Sulaeman Sabanda, the owner of LSI, had also increased its portion by 711.92 million shares for IDR 67 each. Thus, this investment brought his portion up by 8.38% from 62.22% to 70.6% of ZATA's total listed shares. The transaction value was totalled to IDR 47.69 billion.

Andika Rahman, one of ZATA's investors, sold 7.04% of his shares, amounting to 598.20 million for IDR 67 each. His portion is down to 0.94% of total 8.49 billion shares. (LK/ZH).
