JAKARTA - Foreign investors purchased 751.04 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) on Tuesday, March 28. Despite its large foreign sales volume, GOTO was able to generate a net volume of 142.70 million shares. Not only that, but foreign investors also purchased a large number of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) shares, totaling 150.53 million, for a net volume of 114.35 million shares. Both of the technology-related issuers succeeded in increasing daily net volume to 239,538,300, with 2.1 billion shares purchased by foreigners and 1.86 billion shares sold.

Furthermore, PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA) and PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX) both saw a net volume of roughly 32 million shares. Foreign investors purchased 67.74 million BBCA shares but just 49 million PBRX shares. They also purchased 35.87 million shares of mining issuer PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) with a net volume of slightly under 30 million shares, bringing BRMS to the last place in the top-buy list.

Meanwhile, foreign investors sold shares in PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) with 83.62 million shares and PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) with 76.31 million shares this time. Unfortunately, FREN shares had the lowest net volume with -56.04 million, while BUMI shares had a net volume of roughly -24 million shares. PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) got a net volume of approximately -24 million as well after foreign shareholders sold 26.88 million shares. Furthermore, they too sold more than 38 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), with a net volume of roughly -36.40 million. Finally, foreign investors sold 27.77 million shares in PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (CBRE), resulting in a net volume of -23.59 million shares. (KD)
