JAKARTA - On Monday, March 27, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold a total of 20.36 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Because GPF hasn't stopped distributing GOTO shares, the proportion of ownership has now dropped to 6.78%. Furthermore, Yantoni Kerisna, an individual investor, sold 7 million shares of the issuer, PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). Yantoni himself owns more than 5% of NSSS and is the only big shareholder who is not related to Teguh Patriawan, the chief director of this palm oil issuer. Then, PT ASABRI (Persero) released 2.8 million shares of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), while the Government of Singapore disposed of 1.98 million shares of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) through Citibank Singapore.

PT Investasi Sukses Bersama, the controlling shareholder of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), on the other hand, increased its influence by purchasing 10.47 million WIFI shares. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk also purchased 8.58 million shares of PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), increasing its ownership by approximately 0.5% to 6.14%. PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya additionally acquired 646,900 shares of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), with a steady share of ownership of approximately 19.56%.

Furthermore, PT Dunia Delta Makmur (DOID) is still buying back 4.59 million shares, closely followed by PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT), which is buying back up to 616,800 shares. Finally, tycoon Low Tuck Kwong purchased 60,000 shares of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), giving him a solid 60.98% stake in the company. (KD)
