JAKARTA. PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) has gained approval from its shareholders to channel out final dividend of IDR 690 billion or IDR 23 per share.

Tiur Simamora, Corporate Secretary of SIDO, said that the final dividend will be given to shareholders whose names have entered the official list by April 11, 2023. Then, the final dividend disbursement will follow on April 28, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, SIDO had distributed interim dividend in November 2022 worth IDR 405 billion or IDR 13.5 per share. Therefore, the total cash dividend allocated by SIDO in the fiscal year 2022 is IDR 1,095 trillion or IDR 36.5 per share.

Until December 31, 2022, SIDO recorded net profit of IDR 1.1 trillion. According to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting a couple of days ago, 99% of the net profit will be disbursed as cash dividend.

SIDO also booked unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 1.03 billion, while the total equity was reported at IDR 3.51 trillion. (KR/ZH)
