JAKARTA. PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA) announces the plan to distribute cash dividend of IDR 192.79 billion or IDR 22.5 per share.

Wiwit Sundari, Head of Compliance Division of SDRA, claimed that said plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on March 30, 2023. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 22.4% of the total net profit in 2022 as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given to SDRA’s shareholders whose names have entered the official shareholders list on April 12, 2023. Then, the cash dividend itself will be disbursed on May 3, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, SDRA booked a net profit of IDR 192.79 billion in 2022. Until December 31, 2022, the company recorded retained earnings of IDR 4.73 trillion and total equity of IDR 9.93 trillion. (KR/ZH)
