JAKARTA - PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 59.28 billion on May 3, 2023. The dividend is equal to IDR 17 per share, which will be sent out to shareholders representing 3.48 billion units of shares.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (4/4), Cincin Lisa Hadi, Corporate Secretary of WOM Finance, mentioned that the dividend distribution is decided based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 197.60 billion in 2022, as well as the retained earnings of IDR 944.76 billion and total equity of IDR 1.51 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled to take place on April 10-11, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set to April 12-13. (LK/ZH)
