JAKARTA - PT Philadel Terra Lestari (PTL) sold 0.82% of its portion in PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA) for IDR 198.04 billion in three separate transactions taking place from March 21 to 29, 2023.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (4/4), Feliks Suranta Tarigan, Corporate Secretary of Bank Ina Perdana, claimed that the stock divestment is intended for investment diversification. After this transaction, PTL’s portion is down to 289.60 million shares or 4.72% of BINA’s total issued and paid-up capital from the initial 339.62 million shares or 5.54%.

The transaction on March 21 involved 47.5 million shares worth IDR 3,938 each. On March 27, PTL sold another 1.26 million units for IDR 3,950 per share. Lastly, on March 29, PTL let another 1.25 million units go for IDR 3,990 each. Thus, the total transferred shares are 50,019,500 shares worth an average of IDR 3,959.3 per share.

Until February 2023, BINA’s shares clocked up to 6.13 billion units. PTL owned 5.54% of them, followed by PT Indolife Pensiontama of 22.83%, PT Gaya Hidup Masakini of 11.84%, PT Samudera Biru of 18.16%, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd of 16.86%, and DBS Bank Ltd of 9.67%, and the public of 15.1%. (LK/ZH)
