HSBC Bank made IDR 61.30 billion investment in APEX via private placement
JAKARTA - HSBC Bank Plc raises its investment worth IDR 61.30 billion via a private placement in PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX).
Frieda Salvantina, Corporate Secretary of Apexindo Pratama Duta, confirmed that HSBC Bank has taken up 33.2 million shares issued by the company for IDR 1,846.63 each. “The issued and paid-up capital of the company after this private placement then rises to 2.83 billion shares from the initial 2.79 billion units,” she mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (5/4).
This corporate action had been approved during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on July 25, 2022. Furthermore, the listing of those extra shares in the private placement had taken place last week (31/3).
Prior to this private placement, APEX’s shares clocked up to 2.79 billion units, divided among PT Aserra Capital of 64.6%, Standard Chartered of 7.9%, and public investors of 26.5%. (LK/ZH)
